Take the introduction to the Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) in a group setting.

In this session you will learn the basics of why CrMS is effective at achieving pregnancy, avoiding pregnancy, and treating infertility as well as the first steps to charting with CrMS.

The Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) is designed to be learned over the course of 8 Follow-Up Sessions spanning the course of a year, although most women/couples are charting to autonomy by the fourth or fifth Follow-Up. During Follow-Ups, you will learn instructions for CrMS that are tailored to your reproductive phase of life and specific needs.  These begin only after finishing a CrMS Introduction and are the core of learning CrMS.

Purchase one year of Follow-Ups and Chart Checks. This is perfect for women who are breastfeeding, suffering from infertility or recurrent miscarriage, or who have other reproductive conditions such as PCOS.  This package excludes Introduction, materials, and reports.

In this session you will learn the basics of female anatomy and fertility appreciation as well as basic steps to charting with CrMS.

​

*Male anatomy and sexual intercourse will not be presented. This Introduction is intended to teach fertility appreciation and will not cover instructions for achieving or avoiding pregnancy. Those instructions will be available to mom during her individual Follow-ups

Take the introduction to the Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) privately where you can discuss your specific concerns and have the introduction tailored to you.

In this session you will learn the basics of why CrMS is effective at achieving pregnancy, avoiding pregnancy, and treating infertility as well as the first steps to charting with CrMS.

Some women/couples require short check-ins in between regular Follow-Ups  to review their chart, observational routine, medical changes, or other things that impact their fertility. These shortened check-ins (usually 15-30 minutes) are scheduled as needed.

These follow-ups are designed for teens ages 13-19. They will teach your daughter to track her cycle and appreciate her fertility.

Your initial learning materials required to be purchased before your first Follow-Up. These include a user manual, chart, stamps, and other forms used throughout your learning experience. Virtual learners will be required to purchase the Mini Picture Dictionary for an additional $20.

Some women/couples require a report and medical records to be sent to a doctor or other allied health professional. These are on an as needed basis

These follow-ups are designed for pre-teens ages 9-12. They will teach your daughter to track her cycle and appreciate her fertility. In many cases, your daughter will learn to predict her very first period.
